So it's basically an arbitrage search engine to find the lowest price for a given domain.
It’s what Dofo used to do and got shut down.

Yes, because domain investors are the cheapest people on Earth and won't financially support a service like that. The owners of Dofo even stated that as the reason for shutting down.
