It makes it easier to target the person with Scams, Fraud etc. With one glance I can tell that Markel is of Dutch origin, lives in SK, Canada, might be a student or works at U of SK, banks with <...>, maybe works at <....>, is into bikes etc. They were in Japan in 2012.

Putting all your bookmarks public isn't a great idea, but it makes OSINT (open source intelligence) a whole lot easier. This was just five minutes. And I hadn't looked at the whois yet.

Lately I have been doing it with google password manager, it has a check where all the hacked login & passwords are stored.

I check all my family members and it alerts whenever a username or password is compromised on the dark web.

Awesome feature.

Ah yes, I've used that too. Not a fan of storing passwords with Google though.

Like I said, import them in, check them, then delete them.
I used to do that all the time, only takes a few minutes but with all the second factor on that account now I feel pretty secure.

I do keep my banking stuff with Bit Defender thougfh and I use a different password for every account.
