Is that another "traffic domain"?

I just looked and it's got a few BL, but it's not very highly rated on the sites I looked at. Ahrefs gave it a 29/100.

It's fun to watch, but I don't get it.

MoeClark.ca is a an old website for an artist/poet with low-end traffic stats, while HostingCanada.ca has virtually no traffic or BLs, so it's being bought for resale.
