As the saw.com certificate says, this is a category defining domain.
There are approximately 2700 .CA domains that match lights but not flights, and another 1200+ matching *lighting.ca.
This is just a normal baremetal.com TBR post-reg auction. It is currently scheduled to close 45 minutes into next weeks TBR run.
see the domain itself ( lights.ca ($3000): up for auction! ) for current selling price, time remaining, and a starting link to the rest of the details, etc.
