That can't be. As shown in whois, the domain was dropped in Aug 2023 from Namecheap. The only possibility is if you picked it up in TBR at WHC in Aug 2023, then later sold it to mikeyboy @mikeyboy as a push, where he must have not updated the nameservers after he took control. So that's the big question, who picked it up in TBR in Aug 2023, you? Or Mike?
possibly but I'm almost 100% sure I owned Vancouverhealth.ca and Torontohealth.ca but as my wife consistently reminds me that "I'm Wrong" I will look i just found this in my email.

I now recall that I sold the domain to GTA restorations and he let is drop i believe. I was still getting all the correspondence for the domain.

But Vancouverhealth.ca is still for sale ;)

I let the domain drop, and had it pointed at Atom. I also had it registered at WHC i believe.

Hey, didn't I just say this? :p

DanCarls bought the domain at WHC, sold it to GTA (but the domain is still in DanC's WHC account under Expired/Cancelled), then when GTA dropped it and Mikeyboy won it at TBR using WHC, some of the original 'Dan Carls WHOIS records" must have mixed with the 'Mikeyboy WHOIS records' resulting in this situation.

Whenever there is a weird domain issue at WHC, it's usually due to multiple domain records floating around their system.

Personally, I can remember transferring a domain into WHC, and it going to RLM's account (who owned the domain back in the day), and WHC openly accusing me of trying to steal his domain. And I'm not making this stuff up - it took a week for them to understand I owned the domain and was simply transferring it into WHC.

DanCarls @dancarls Have you checked your WHC account to see if this domain is Active in your account as well, or has another status other than Cancelled?

Yeah, I've had a few domains where the previous owners whois and nameservers were intact.
I'm pretty thorough changing them but with all the second factor active now I am sometimes not able to bulk change everything.

I have account second factor but I only put domain second factor on my valuable domains so a select all forces me to do the second second factor and sometimes I get lazy and deselect that name, hence having a domain skip every once in a while.

That's pretty standard with some registrars and you have to manually change it, but that's not what we're talking about.

I literally transferred a domain into WHC and it was sent to RLM's account (because he owned the domain years before) and I had a helluva time getting it back as they actually thought I was trying to steal it from RLM. Bizarre.

I have nothing in my account associated with TorontoHealth right now.

Well, you should under Cancelled (not the default view - disable filters) and I was wondering if it was a different status now.

Yes I have all my expired and such going back for years.

Some domains moved out of WHC and have since moved back in making them show up twice, once for transferred away and now in active so I can see how things could go amiss.

I think that's one of the fixes FM @FM set up, to make sure that incoming domain transfers don't go to the old account record.

The scenario in this thread is likely a system error, where parts of the old Cancelled record got transposed onto the new Active record.

Hi everyone,
I'm Marine from WHC, and I help escalate issues like this internally, so feel free to tag me directly next time something odd pops up.
mikeyboy @mikeyboy: Did you get an update on your ticket? If you're still waiting, just send me the ticket number here or by DM, and I’ll check in with the team.
Sorry again if this flew under my radar! I’ll make sure we get clarity on this.
