I think I lost my $5 offer due to testing a .CA domain transfer (and it displayed $5) but the domain was already at WHC so I had cancel and manually 'push' it.
I guess that used up the promo and since then I no longer see $5 as a payment. Thought it was just a display error, but it also shows up as full price in my cart.
I never have any luck with WHC promos as they always seem to get used or disappear on me for some reason -

That $5 deal doesn't work for me. I can put a domain in my cart at $5 when I'm logged out, but as soon as I log in, the price changes. Or if I try to add it after I'm already logged in, it never gives me the $5 price.

You probably got it auto-disabled like I did - you tried to order or process something, it either didn't work or was unavailable, so your $5 offer was used up. In my case, I attempted to transfer a domain using a code, and it showed up as $5, but immediately errored out because it was already at WHC. Bye bye $5 offer.
Par for the course with WHC and on virtually every promo, Frank used to have to manually adjust my invoices.

I tried clearing cookies and that didn't help. I just registered the one I wanted elsewhere. Not worth chasing down the errors for a few bucks. But yes, I seem to frequently have that problem too, glad to see I'm not the only one, so I won't take it personal, haha.
