Jesus, if someone gave me that domain I'd burn it.
I'm betting it's a company who dropped the domain by accident, then got caught in a NameCheap auction against some traffic hounds looking to post more fake site + gambling links. Either that or the traffic scammers fought over it themselves, like they do at WHC TBR auctions.
That's what the vast majority of NC "sales" really are.
