This is a horrible idea, as it's from a corporate-centric business and is clear 'evidence building' if any company with a UDRP comes calling for their services. Just look at the email title/header - it clearly states 'X Trademark CONFLICTS'.
Lawyers already utilize Atom logos that infringe in their cases, and could you imagine their glee when Trademark.io spits out 50 old emails stating "TM conflicts" that according to them, "the respondent totally ignored". Even if it's not on purpose, Trademark.io is building a database of anti-seller evidence to potentially aid their corporate clients against us.
This is the main issue with companies like Atom who want to play both sides of the street - conflict of interest is the end result every single time.
