Appeals panel disagrees with initial panel’s finding.

The case pitted The Ritz Hotel in London against Ritz Executive Cars Ltd, which provides car services using the domain ritzexecutivecars.co.uk.

UDRP's should not get involved with trademark disputes. Ritz Executive Cars is blatantly different from Ritz Hotel. UDRP does not apply here, the domain is used for business and the first judgement was wrong.

Guide Edit: Changed spelling from Rits to Ritz

I'm sure after that "decision" someone is 'Puttin' on the Ritz'.

Yes that one but I can't find other businesses using ritz on Google so it appears they've been protecting the trademark for a long time.
