So, you have uploaded all your domain names at spaceship to assure you are on the reg path from namecheap.
You have to verify ownership of your domains by initially setting the nameservers so namecheap/spaceship can verify you are the owner of the domain.
However, now you want to switch nameserver's back to your own lander or back to godaddy/afternic so you don't have to pay 30% commission.

Yes, once verified you can switch your nameservers and still use spaceship as your payment provider which takes advantage of the 5% inclusive commission structure.
You can easily direct your client to a custom payment link by doing the following...
spaceship.com/domain-search/?query=yourdomain.com
Just substitute yourdomain.com with... well... your domain
