Need some serious cash input to start but I am guessing the niche has potential. I am not the best one to advice you on that, but there will be many others who would like to chime in I think, if you ask for their opinion.

My everlasting hope is that the retail .CA market gets the same kind of heat and relative sales prices that the wholesale .CA auctions currently have. I think a lot of us would be instant billionaires.

I suspect auction prices are only going to keep going higher... similar to everything else in the world, there seems to be more and more money chasing a fixed number of assets regardless of expected ROI.
