Who dictates pricing? (12.Viewing)

The only one that dictates price is the end user and what they are willing to pay. If you allow a marketplace to get in the middle of that and tell you what the price should be then you are foolish and probably leaving money on the table.

The same domain could be worth $1000 to company A but 10,000 to company B, you just have to know if company A or company B is knocking at the door. Working blind in a market place and not knowing who is calling combines with the market place telling you what to sell for is a double whammy standing in the way of your success.

Do you have to price it at appraisal value though? Or does it just mean it has to be appraised for more than $500?
