We're curious to hear from everyone following the weekly TBR drops. How’s your experience been lately?

On our end, we’ve seen some crazy competition these past few rounds (especially for premium generics). At WHC, we’ve been running one of the busier .CA TBR platforms, and our average success rate still hovers around 80%, but there’s always room to improve the process.


What would make TBR drops better for you?
• Different bid window?
• More transparency after close?
• Stats or data you’d like to see?

I'd like you to add an area in my WHC account where I can add a list of words, and every week WHC emails me a list of TBR domains with those words in them.

It would save a lot of time for me and probably make me participate more in TBR.

For example, I'd add:

bet
shop
my

and when the TBR list comes out, WHC would email me every domain with those words in them:

bet345.ca
thebetzone.ca
happyshop.ca
shopmore.ca
myhalf.ca
mypeople.ca

... and so on

Not a huge issue, but what is the purpose of 'claiming' a TBR domain after it's been paid? Can't we just skip that step and have the domain transferred as soon as we make the payment?

Update on the Top Picks email timing​

Hi! We’ve moved the Top Picks email from Monday at 12 PM (EST) to Tuesday at 12 PM (EST).
This gives us a better chance to include strong domains that appear later on Monday or Tuesday morning.

We’ll continue refining the process as needed.
