Their conduct is disgraceful biased, unprofessional, and completely detached from reality.
I had a bitter experience with their so-called “customer service.”
Every attempt to ask why my account was blocked was met with empty words and meaningless excuses.

Seems a bit heavy handed, I'm sure they have the ability to prevent specific domains to be listed. I mean they don't list porn domains and such so they must have filters?

Rick’s email was used to send a fraudulent offer. They likely completed their investigation before issuing the ban.

Some of you older folks will remember a super useful tool from the usenet newsgroup days: a bozo filter ... perhaps that is what Spaceship deployed here, lol.
Whatever his beef is with Spaceship, I believe him. In April 2024 I made a comment about my experience with Spaceship here on DN. I accused the company of discrimination. A couple of members asked for further details, which I provided via PM. Prior to that, I also made a detailed public post elsewhere (not going to link to it not to violate any rules just in case).
