Andrew Rosener on Miss Understood Podcast | DomainInvesting.com
Saw this posted on a blog, interesting interview of Andrew Rosener, domain broker who has done many millions in sales. If you are a domain geek its definitely worth a listen. Talks about domains and other topics. His top investments for the next few years are gold, bitcoin and domains. Nice to hear someone so bullish on the future of domains, and mentions a few new innovations that might be coming for domains. Also, I didn't know next year that ICANN is opening up another round of new gtlds that can be applied for. Anyone up for .bitcoin or .crypto?
One of his best stories, which he didn't mention here but in another interview, was his selling of Solana.com. Long story short, he could have taken payment in Solana tokens when they were just worth pennies each, and instead took cash, and ofcourse we know Solana went on to be worth in the 100's of dollars per token. I think the value would have grown into the hundreds of millions of dollars if he'd taken the tokens, if not over a Billion.
