UDRP Walmart filed a UDRP for the http://Walmart.ai domain name at NAF (5.Viewing)

Identity Digital

ai is technically under the jurisdiction of Anguilla's government. But in practice, it's operated and managed by the Government of Anguilla and its partner Identity Digital, which oversee the pricing, distribution, and registrations of . ai domains.

Anguilla will make the decision

If it was a different legitimate .ai domain would you feel comfortable letting Anguilla decide the fate of your business domain?
I mean, does it really matter? At the end of the day, .AI stands for Anguilla, not Artificial Intelligence. If someone isn’t comfortable with how the Anguillan government handles disputes, they probably shouldn’t be investing in an Anguillan extension.

I think that's his point, I would much prefer to fight a CDRP and/or the legal system in Canada than fight a .ai win Anguilla.

Point being you put your business name at the risk of foreign law instead of Canadian law.

I think he’s asking whether you would feel comfortable letting the Anguillan government et al decide the fate of a legitimate .ai domain (e.g., dn.ai).

I’m saying that this is an implied risk of registering a .ai domain.
