I thought you were looking for a domain management platform. That is why I recommended Efty and Saw. I do not believe Efty does any brokering. Saw does, but only inbound. (Unless of course you own a one-word .com, in which case you could engage Saw to do outbound on that for you.) I am not aware of any domain management platform that also does outbound brokering, although marketplaces like Atom.com and Sedo and Afternic do some (automated) outbounding for domains listed with them.

Outbounding comes with it's risks, SAW did it for me recently on RAMS and it ended up in a UDRP

Safest bet for me is they come to you, have it on a lander with no ads of any kind.
If someone really wants your domain they will type it in the address bar and find you.

Other than that you can do a Market Page like what I have and list your domains to peruse.
