Wow, congratulations Frank on this. Didn't know that you were handling this. Great to hear.
I know I seem talkative at times but I try not to discuss ongoing negotiations and that negotiation stalled because of the UDRP
The rams pursued this only once they found out there was an active negotiation with another party.
So the domain is back on the market as of today and I will be re-contacting interested parties.

Well, any negative energy I have (and I've got a LOT) will go towards the Rams not winning the Super Bowl and some terrible things happening to them on the field.

Yes he was and his company did everything right, I have nothing but the highest praise for Jeff, his team, and his services.
High value domains are often disputed, why buy the domain when a relatively cheap dispute could possibly be fruitful.
That said the costs for a lost dispute should really need to be paid back to the defendant, luckily I can afford to pay legal costs but not every domain investor is in the same boat.

What is the ballpark cost to defend a UDRP like this these days? I had to defend a .ca maybe 7 years ago through the CIRA system, and the legal cost was a flat $5000 CAD.
Now it begs the question, what is Rams.com worth, and more specifically what would it be worth to the NFL Rams? I don't see how a figure like $10M USD would be too out of line.
