I have a quick question.
When a domain is LTO’d, for example, with “fruits” or “afternic,” does the WHOIS information reside in the registrar’s name or the LTO owner’s name or the person that leases the domain? I’m asking because if a buyer LTOs the domain and then commits fraud, whose name would be associated with the domain?
