That was the reason for some, but there were also just random drops, like a company going out of business, someone forgot to renew, etc.

Seriously, when is the last time you saw an LL hit the TBR? Used to be multiples per year, and one week there were 3 of them (unrelated) in one TBR.

Really makes you wonder...

I actually liked both of these when I saw them. I am really not a 3-letter domain collector, but I did consider backordering this one. Eventually didn't.

PropertyPros has a very catchy sound to it. Would make a nice name for a tv show.
