We are starting a new topic to make members aware of some of the unique features at DN.ca

Every few days we will ad a DID YOU KNOW post to high-lite some of those features

DID YOU KNOW?

The lookup box at the top can be used by typing in the domain without the .CA extension? You can simply type the word(s) and it will add the .CA for you.

You can see if the domain is registered and in one more click see the WHOIS

You can also see a list of CANADIAN registrars where you can register the domain should it be available.


This is a custom feature available only on DN.ca

Anyone can post a site tip or what feature they like about the site here.

I like this feature, but I often accidentally try to use it as site search.

Yeah I do that on occasion too but I can't put a second box there because our search feature allows members to search their posts as well as THEIR OWN direct messages.

In case members did not know...
