Hi everyone,

I wanted to share Dometrik, a free tool built to help domain investors quickly analyze domains before buying or listing.

It focuses on:
  • Domain valuation
  • SEO & brandability checks
  • TLD coverage
  • Trademark signals
  • Practical suggestions to improve resale potential

The tool is still evolving and feedback from the community would be really appreciated.

Dometrik - AI-Powered Domain Valuation

Thanks for sharing and the ADMIN @ADMIN will include your services to the Domain Tools section I believe.

The fact that I have to create an account to use your services, to even offer a feedback, is a non starter. If we are to provide feedback, we should be able to use the system at liberty and not restricted with having to sign up for an account. I am sure there will be others who will feel the same way and there will be others, who wouldn't care less.

Unless and until it's well established and grounded, my best feedback for now would be to allow everyone to use the platform without having to sign in to an account.

Welcome to DN.

Yes, there’s already a monthly subscription, and the free tier remains free with 5 credits renewed daily.

The referral code is optional and just rewards early users who share the tool. To make testing easier, I’ve also added 50 extra credits for you guys Eby @Eby MapleDots @MapleDots can properly evaluate and explore the tool.
Regarding the confirmation email: it should arrive shortly (please check spam).
If it doesn’t, let me know and I’ll look into it.
thanks for the support

Yes, I noticed the 5 credits when I signed in initially and promptly increased to 55. Thank you.

Estimated Value: Honestly, after checking a few .CAs, I will not be able to use these valuations to sell any of my domains. Some are even below cost. May be I could use it for purchasing as a negotiation tool. like the one we have at Godaddy.

When I checked "AutismSpeaks" which was recently a huge winner in the auctions, the valuation was way off.
If I go with this valuation, someone paid 70X.

Like the "Overall Score" section- Nice display .. reminds me of Atom's valuation report.

"Brandability Analysis" - Good to have - Saw provides a similar feature

"SEO Score", "Market Demand" and "Brandability" - All helpful features.

"Trademark Risk" - Good to have feature.

"SEO & Backlinks" - Seems like a popular data these days and might be helpful to some TBR bidders but I will stay away from that trap.

"Domain Age" and "TLD Popularity" are both good

"Quick Insights" - A nice summary

Overall looks very detailed but concise.

Thank you for taking the time to test it and for the detailed breakdown this is very valuable feedback 🙏

You’re absolutely right regarding valuations, especially for auction-driven or hype-based sales.

The estimated value is not intended as a sell-price target, and cases like AutismSpeaks clearly show how market dynamics, timing, and competition can push prices far beyond any model.

The valuation is meant more as a reference baseline useful for:
  • early filtering
  • sanity checks
  • purchase / negotiation context

rather than predicting auction outcomes or end-user pricing.

Really glad you found the overall score, brandability, trademark risk, and insights sections useful. That balance between detail and clarity is exactly what I’m aiming for, and your comments help validate what’s working and what still needs tuning.

I’ll continue refining the valuation logic with more real market data over time.

Thanks again for the thoughtful feedback much appreciated.
