Yeah, this was embarrassing, but you could do exactly what I was requesting at Dynadot long before my post. Here are the steps if anyone else is interested:
1. First, in your Dynadot account set it to the currency you want to be the base one for the name, CDN$ in my case. You find this on top right of screen. Currency possibilities, as well as CDN and US dollars, include GBP, Euro, Indian Rupee, Chinese CNY, Australian dollar, Mexican Pesos, Brasil BRL, and Indonesian Rupiah IDR.
2. Now go to the domain name that you want to edit the price of, and it will now show that you are editing in the currency that you set. Below shows setting the price to $2400 Canadian. Repeat for as many names as you want to change to Canadian-based prices. I am making the Canadian dollar pricing a bit better deal on all of my Canadian domain names.
3. When a buyer from Canada goes to lander, it shows the exact price I set in Canadian dollars. I can use this to do rounded pricing, charm pricing, etc. You can customize the appearance of the lander, information shown, and if a description included. This shows the lander for the name with the pricing I just set. Can customize whether want Make Offer or Installment possibilities, the graphic appearance of the lander, and whether you want a description.
4. If you prefer most of your names in another currency, or to buy in another currency (like USD) don't forget to switch back to that currency.
5. You can list domain names registered elsewhere to use landers and sell at Dynadot. For example, here is a different name, registered at Webnames, but I am using a Dynadot lander. If it sells, name gets transferred to Dynadot, hence transfer fee shown on this lander that was not on the above one. AFAIK you can't do monthly installments on externally registered names.
For those unfamiliar with Dynadot, the commission is 10%. However, they have a 2% bonus if you use it as account credit, so if you use funds for registrations, renewals, transfers, etc. it is effectively 8%. For names registered at Dynadot the process is completely automatic. You get an email that your name has sold, it was transferred to the buyer account, and in a few days the funds show up and you can choose whether to take it out or transfer to account credit with the bonus. Dynadot is headquartered in California, but they have a pretty large Canadian contingent in Ontario, and their rep who handles forums, etc. and goes to many conferences is based in Alberta.
I apologize to Dynadot for not realizing it was already possible.
