Leased my first domain (16.Viewing)

I just leased a domain for the first time, I sent out 8 emails and with in 12 hours had the domain leased. Not sure if Leased is classified as sold in the forum or not?

The domain is leased from Spaceship ( not a fan of their payment options or lack of...) Leased for 1yr with 15% down.

The domain was a good fit for the company CanadaGamingComputers.ca ---> GamingComptuers.ca

$3,500 CAD
 
Yah I didn't think so that is why I asked, I am hopeful that the lease is paid in full, I have started a lease once but the person ended up paying it all out. I would imagine for full domain control? We will see.. but it's something and it took me 5 mins of work to send the emails out.
