It's an insane traffic site with some of the highest ratings I've seen on a .CA - some of the backlinks are from the Canadian government.

This domain also had a $13,000 preorder bid at WHC, so there is still some room for upward growth.

Yeah, I kinda wanted it too. I just don't have the expertise in using backlink domains to have the faith needed to drop $10K+ on it. I think for someone that knows their stuff, its a rare combination of a good domain + excellent backlinks.

so, hotsprings.ca sold for $10k, and the high bid was way over that. Yes, the domain has some great back links, analytics is showing referrals from parks.canada.ca banfflakelouise.com banffjaspercollection.ca reddit.com radiumhotsprings.com in quantities varying from 130 +to 20+ over the last seven days. Real traffic should be higher. I assume/believe/hope it will do well for the new owner. Thanks everyone! -Tom
