Latest update from WHC, which looks like it may be a technical issue:

We are actively working on the issue regarding the TBR Auctions and understand the delay in the email notification, payment, and domain transfer.

Rest assured, we are investigating and will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.

The Support message doesn't sound like it will be, but if I'm the winner of some nice auction domains this week, the Silence of the Lambs we're getting from WHC wouldn't make me feel good.
