This is true and MyID seems to have dropped off the face of the Earth, and the last email contact I have is from the middle of March. Yes, of 2026.
I am really wondering if they hired someone new and the guy doesn't understand how to process the TBR, as I haven't received their weekly "TBR First Stage Results" email (which was auto-generated and usually arrived Thursday - or sometimes Friday - after the run) in a very, very long time. Maybe sometime in 2025? Their TBR system looks totally manual now with just random invoices and random auction notices hitting my email box, often at the weirdest times.
MyID has always been bad and taken forever, but something is different here, like their TBR system is broken or the "new guy" isn't doing it right. It looks like someone is just manually hacking in stuff whenever they please, which causes site issues like disappearing auctions and deleted preorders. MyID used to function on a base level and was somewhat consistent with the weekly TBR Results emails, but right now it doesn't seem to work at all or someone there doesn't know how to work it properly.
It's almost like the MyID TBR system doesn't understand what week it is, and relies on current data only. I would bet there are some pending processes that haven't been run in a long while.
And there has been no response to my inquiries either, which is strange, as usually someone acknowledges your concerns after a few days, even if they do nothing to fix it.
