Wanted to share two updates we've rolled out to make managing your portfolio faster and more self-serve.
You can now update contact info across multiple domains in one go from your Client Area. A few things worth knowing:
You can now export your full domain portfolio as a CSV directly from your Client Area.
No more copy-pasting from the dashboard or pinging support for a manual export. Handy for record-keeping, audits, budgeting, or simply having a clean snapshot of your portfolio with us.

1. Bulk contact updates (live for a few weeks now)
You can now update contact info across multiple domains in one go from your Client Area. A few things worth knowing:
- Select your domains, update the info, and let it run. You don't have to stay on the page while it processes.
- A status banner shows you what's happening, and you'll get a notification when it's done, with a breakdown of how many domains updated successfully and how many ran into issues.
- If something fails, the error messages now tell you exactly what went wrong, why, and how to fix it.
- Bulk contact update is logged on a dedicated history page, so you can come back and check past changes anytime.
- Right now this covers contact info. Bulk nameserver updates are next on the list.
2. Export your domain portfolio to CSV (just shipped today)
You can now export your full domain portfolio as a CSV directly from your Client Area.
