It's a guaranteed RDNH and it all depends on if the owner of the LL decides to seek damages for such a blatant misuse of the UDRP. These LL.com domains are worth millions of dollars and the owners aren't exactly living on the street - its a very dangerous move by some extremely naive lawyers.
