I have added the dedicated Atom site to our Domain Tools

And the domains have to be at least Plus, right?
It should be either a Plus listing or Premium name.

Plus yes, Premium no.
Plus is basically paying a higher commission rate to get extra listing options (like this) while Premium includes notable promotional benefits along with the higher commission.
