I think WHC confirmation emails may be getting stuck at gmail (1 Viewing)

I was getting a lot of spam on info(at)priide.com so I decided to change email to hello(at)priide.com

WHC sends out a verification email to assure I own the inbox/email address to the forward.

Problem is I never get the email, I sent it to my personal gmail and did not get it, I sent it to my mapledots gmail and did not get it but when I sent it to my hotmail/live account I got it.

Been trying it on a few different domains and it's consistent, I do not get them to gmail inboxes.



Could another member please do me a favour and try and set up an email forward at whc and let me know if they are getting the confirmation email?

PS. I am getting all other WHC emails just fine but those go through my workspace business account which is paid email so I cannot say for sure if it's a bigger issue on regular gmail or not.
 
I'll take a look into this, we recently checked through the DKIM & DMARC records etc., but I wasn't aware of this issue.
 
I just tested it on my domains with a non-gmail address and it came through, but it didn't make it through to gmail. I'll report this as an issue, thanks for pointing this out @MapleDots .
 
@MapleDots Please try resending the confirmation - it should get through now, as SPF has been aligned, but we're still trying to fix a DKIM issue. In my test it got to my gmail account.
 
I'm am getting the auction emails going to spam in gmail.

When I switched back to Google workspace recently I had to add so many things to the domain files, it kept me up for a week getting it right.

To anyone running cpanel or even googleworkspace for your company email.

There is a ton of work now to keep mail out of spam and I'm even talking about google to google accounts.

It took me forever to tweak my business accounts, I thought google workspace would automtically configure properly but I was wrong. I had to go in to my domain at WHC cPanel and do a lot of configuring.

The standard cPanel forwards and such no longer work to keep mail out of spam.

It's getting a lot better with WHC emails but the occasional one still gets stuck in spam, I am happy to report for the 3 businesses I use mail for I have solved the issue but I did have to purchase workspace and then spent a few days adjusting the domain parameters on my whc cpanel account.
