Doing a winery tour in niagara next month. Also the wifes idea. Love a nice glass of Merlot with dinner.

My brother lived in Oliver BC but moved to buy a house.
 
That's a pretty good deal for a first name .COM (and surname + GEO), but I have a feeling the price was right near the top edge of the 5-figure range, like 6-figures CAD.

i agree, i would have taken it for 10k without blinking, so i’m sure it was quite a bit higher. or else he got one hell of a deal with a very motivated seller.
