That's the whole point - these big corporations just toss their spaghetti UDRPs against the wall and see which ones stick. There is no penalty for creating 100 spurious and predatory UDRPs, as it's a toothless policy against abuse.

If the complainant wins they get a big net positive by grabbing the domain, but if the respondent wins then the result is a net zero plus having to pay legal expenses. Big scam.
