Definitely someone you should respond to if he reaches out about one of your domains.
Just like me, he focuses on what his (startup founder and marketing exec) clients want, which most of the time is going to be .com, or .ai (while that is still trendy), or .co, or .io ... I love it when a client asks me about helping them get a .CA, but sadly it's super rare. :+(If he covers .CA's there is a possibility to cross paths I believe.

A lot of that comes down to the money and the buyer expectation that .CA is "cheap to acquire" compared to .COM, .AI et al.
Totally agree.. But you forgot another thing.. Canadian businesses are too cheap to even think that premium domains are more than the registration cost. Recently I was approached by a company that says they help in "Inter-generational Transition of a Family Enterprise" or simply said - "succession planning".My opinion....
