So this is weird, I noticed a whois record with the EPP status of "clientRenewProhbited". They typo'd the EPP status code? You'd think that wouldn't even be possible, and that CIRA would enforce specific and limited options to select from. So my question is to you registry/registrar types ( richard.schreier @richard.schreier WHC-FM @FM bmetal @bmetal ), is this typo on CIRA's end or on the registrar's end? It seems to be primarily - but not exclusively - GoDaddy/Uniregistry whois records.

I'll also note that its a weird EPP status. Why would a registrar lock a domain name to prevent it from being renewed? I can see maybe if there's some legal thing, but you'd think that would be a serverRenewProhibited status set by CIRA, and not a clientRenewProhibited status set by the Registrar.
