Many a night my friend and I sat together talking about acquiring the .com but the domain owner did not respond to the 10k opening offer. Given this was only a 20k sale why would the domain owner not at least respond to a 10k offer? It would have opened up the door to a full negotiation. The .ca is fully in use and was the prime candidate for the .com.
