Yikes! Are you sure Sedo didn't miss a zero? 
The .CA market must be absolutely dead for a domain with these attributes (a premium 3-letter + word with an exceptional meaning and brand) to sell for such an incredibly low price.
I would also bet it would sell for higher at TBR auction just as I would think there are investors on here who would have bought it for that price, had they known..
