Hmm, so I guess we cannot run a website warning consumers of brand names doing nefarious things?

Anything in Canada that goes against the government or its corporate overlords is simply not allowed to exist. They will be shut down, debanked, put in jail, or otherwise dispensed of to keep that sweet gravy train going.
Why do you think Canada has devolved into an oligopoly in virtually every industry? Because it's far easier to negotiate and receive your influence-peddling payments from 2-4 big companies than deal with 100+ smaller ones. Do the math.

But that has absolutely nothing to do with the CDRP. It's another scenario where the corporate-funded panelists really want to "do the right thing", so they misuse the CDRP instead of rightfully stating that the case is well beyond its very-limited purview. No way the 3 requirements could be met without a lot of legal and semantic gymnastics.
You gotta ask yourself this question: would Indigo really want to register or purchase this domain for its own use?
