Hmm, so I guess we cannot run a website warning consumers of brand names doing nefarious things?

I was under the impression that was a protected right, something like facebooksucks.com probably works while the .CA would fail.

Anything in Canada that goes against the government or its corporate overlords is simply not allowed to exist. They will be shut down, debanked, put in jail, or otherwise dispensed of to keep that sweet gravy train going.

Why do you think Canada has devolved into an oligopoly in virtually every industry? Because it's far easier to negotiate and receive your influence-peddling payments from 2-4 big companies than deal with 100+ smaller ones. Do the math.

Interesting decision. I am curious what @Zak has to say about it?
