Stupid sale, it's one of the most obvious uses for AI and probably one of the most valuable AI domains. Stupid decision by whoever let it go for 350k. Mark should've known better, he was after a quick commission instead of looking after the domain owner.

Yeah, it seems this should have been worth much more given the crap I see selling for 5 and 6 figures every day. But ultimately its the seller's decision. Sometimes cash in the pocket is needed though. It could be one of those things where they just want to close sales while the fad is hot. But for me, yeah, I would have held longer.
I don't think it's too bad of a sale, maybe at the lower end based on comparables, maybe could be in the cloud.ai range or even higher with the right buyer.
I'd also factor in the number of offers and amounts I'd been getting, and how long having held the domain, and always the question of would the offer amount make a material change to your lifestyle - pay off debts, pay off a mortgage, provide cash for something you really need...etc.
That's almost half a million in Canadian dollars (before taxes), for most people like winning the lottery!
