This is what I saw on first visit after the drop. It went back to auctions, but with last week's auctions re-opened as well.

I’m not too impressed to be honest. Hopefully the issue gets resolved soon and doesn’t occur again. I highly recommend they improve their support team, or at least guarantee updates within a certain time frame like other providers.

Other than the issue with the auction yesterday I'm not sure I understand the ISSUES at hand. I have hundreds of domains at WHC including a hosting package plus all my landers are hosted there. I also run a few different forum sites hosted there as well and I love it because their cPanel works flawlessly.

I've had a few support tickets for complex hosting issues and they were resolved in a timely manner.

I'm not saying that because WHC has a presence here but I honestly have no issues. The only issue I have is the hundreds of emails from some scammer pretending to be WHC. They go to spam now but wow, it is a bit crazy but not the fault of WHC.

So I guess what I am asking is... What other issues?

Looks like WHC re-ran the TBR preorders and TBR auctions a second time (thankfully without a second payment) and last week's auctions seem to have disappeared.

I am holding off "claiming" any TBR domains until I get official word from WHC that it's safe...

Exactly the same experience so far - no issues at all and very happy with WHC, especially their auction

You mean to say it’s still not fixed or wasn’t actively being looked into since it occurred yesterday? It will be coming up on 24 hours soon.

No need to assume or be mean. WHC is a serious company with plenty of resources, I am more than certain they have been on it since the moment it happened. It takes time to fix complicated things.

To be fair, it probably didn't help that Montreal was getting hit by the ice storm since yesterday afternoon and a lot of things were closed, so a bunch of people worked remotely, which slows down team communication to begin with.

I lost power this morning... ETA for it coming back is 4pm this afternoon, but the cause is still unknown.

100%. Like I said, not our finest moment and not happy about how things went down.

Please hold off another hour before claiming domains. I will post back as soon as I have full confidence this has been resolved.
