Now the fun part is, Impossible will show up to grab the winning domain tomorrow and might be wondering "what the heck happened.. even my 10K bid was not enough for a .CA domain??" Great wake up call.Maybe IMPOSSIBLE bid $10K and walked away...YUP!!!

I was hot on Morning.ca - I think it closed at $800 but I opted out, seems it's sold out in every extension but only developed on the com.

Not necessarily, as a lot of investors are rich from other sources and use that money to invest with. And who knows whether their investments are making any money at all and they don't usually keep track.
It's like doc I watched on pro poker players - sure they make millions playing cards, but they also lose millions in other areas - like bad investments, gambling, loans, etc.
