SUPPORT CatchDrop - TBR Support Topic (6.Viewing)

Dear CatchDrop Users,

CatchDrop has exciting new auction features, you could now place your bids right on the homepage or in your "My Auctions Dashboard" without having to visit each Auction page you are bidding on and without having to load each individual Auction page.

Simply click on BID NOW button and place your bids in the popup window.
Clicking on the Domain Name will redirect users to the full auction page.

Your Winning or Losing Status tags are now displayed on the Homepage as well to easily see your Auction status.


Notice: As we are still implementing many new features & upgrades, until then bidding in the last few seconds is at your own risk!

Also BID NOW from desktop Homepage is optimized and faster, BID NOW from desktop Dashboard is not fully optimized yet and slightly slower to process bids but will be fully optmized in the next few days.

For mobile users Homepage and Dashboard
BID NOW are optimized

We suggest placing bids at a reasonable time prior to "Auction End Time"

I tried to modify the contact information and forwarders for my domains from today's auction but it shows this...

A different error when I try to modify contact info.



Does it take a while for this to free up?
I kind of used to WHC where I can change that info pretty well right away, I'm still getting familiar with the RegisterDomain control panel.
 
Any answer to the above ?

I’m also having trouble forwarding even when I follow the instructions….and now it seems it forwards to the auction page.

Will those past results ever be deleted? I’m not a fan of that stuff being available publicly for all to see. @CatchDrop

Yea absolutely, in the next couple days domains will instantly change name servers to RegisterDomain default parking page the second a domain is paid for in CatchDrop.

They will only redirect on CatchDrop name servers to the auction page or cart page pending payment or auction.
 
Some of the domain settings are not active (like DNS settings) so I just change the nameservers. That works.

I was just conversing about that with a member, I told them changing nameservers would have the ultimate effect and remove the catchdrop landing page stating the sold dollar amount until the forwarding issue is fixed.
 
I've been trying to process my CatchDrop cart (which looks like it's been improved/revamped since last week) since well after the TBR auctions ended, but the "Process Credit Card" button is still greyed out.

Never had a problem before processing my TBR winnings at CD and it's possible the "updated cart" may be detecting the new auctions from this week as a reason to continue disabling payments.

Anyone else having payment issues?

Dear CatchDrop Users,
Due to some technical difficulties, the site has been down for the last 30 minutes or so. Our technical support team is working to resolve this issue right now and we should be back up within a few minutes.

All auctions ending today will be extended by 30 minutes from the time we are back up.

I cannot change nameservers and get an error to do with "connecting to fury.ca".

Yes, Cira has been working on finding the source of the issue, and we are awaiting on the Cira support team for the solution to resolve this issue
 
Sorry but it's still happening for me on two separate computers, strange it works on mobile.

I will investigate to see if it's something on my end.

Am not able to participate in much, all I get is an orange scrolling bar.
from the screenshot above it seems to be the LIVE AUCTIONS page/tab, which when selected automatically selects the LIVE AUCTIONS on the filter menu, but I see it's unselected in the screenshot above. Did you manually unselect it perhaps?
