The fix is live now. You might need to change the amount of displayed domains in the drop-down at the bottom for this to take effect.

It seems to work fine now, as as far as I've tested. The domains are showing up, so that's good news.

Is there really no bulk backorder tool? Or am I blind?

Not on the new Domain Auctions page (though I have requested it) and you need to go to the old Auction page instead,.

Okay, in TBR news today, WHC won FSN.ca

End of news, see you next week.

@FM

So we have to navigate to the old Backorder page directly via the link you posted? Because when I switch back to the classic client and try to backorder, I get this...

The new Domain Auctions section is only available in the new client. You can still access the Auctions page (with the bulk order form) in the new client as well.

Yes, the auction center is no longer available in the old client area. We decided not to duplicate all of the work this time.

weak sauce...

@FM - of course I highly doubt anyone here visits WHC without logging in to the client area first. It's only logical that we're coming here with a purpose, and we know we're going to have to log in to accomplish our tasks. So if its not linked from the client area, it might as well not exist.

On another note, how does the timing of Auction & TBR Results emails work under the new system?

Is it all one email or two, and when does this/these email(s) get produced?

Update; I just received my WHC Auction Results at exactly 3:30PM and I assume this week's TBR Results will be out at little after 4PM, as usual.

Mystery solved.

@FM Hey Frank. I won a domain yesterday and it was paid immediately (via credit card). But I can't see where I can "claim" the domain. Nothing obvious in the Classic or the Beta versions

Has that process changed as well?

Edit: Just spoke to support via Chat, and they created ticket 3275845 if that helps

Thanks, we're looking into those issues now. There should have been no process changes at this point.

Claims should be working as before now; please let me know if there are any issues for you. @Spex and anybody else who encountered this.

Thanks @FM. It's all good now, the claim option was displaying in my dashboard when I logged in. Appreciate the help, you're a good man!

It might be stated in here somewhere, but I can't find it, so here goes...

Exactly how long is the "Grace Period" on WHC before it goes to Redemption and the prices really change? I think it's either 30 or 40/45 days, but the WHC site is very generic and only give a range for all TLDs.

Thanks, and as usual, I am currently undecided on renewing a couple of domains and just want to make sure exactly how much time I have.

It is 40 days grace period for .CA domains.

In general it's a bit hard for us to unify this information on the site, as we still have some legacy suppliers (not for .CA) for domains that are not directly registered through us.
